12-week progressive strength & conditioning program

Start date: April 6, 2026

End date: June 25, 2026

(12 weeks total)

Class Times & Schedule

Choose a primary class time to get started. Your spot will be reserved each week, no need to sign up for individual classes! You’re also welcome to attend other class times when space allows for added flexibility.

​

  • 6:45 AM (Monday–Thursday)

  • 12:00 PM (M/W/F)

  • 4:30 PM (Tuesday/Thursday)

  • 6:30 PM (Monday/Wednesday)

  • Saturdays @ 9:30 AM — 8 total sessions throughout the 12 weeks

Package options:

Flexibility to adjust monthly

8 workouts per month/$135

12 workouts per month/$165

Unlimited workouts per month/$200

​

Some class times are offered fewer days per week than others. Members who would like additional training days can attend other class times when space allows.

​

**Bootcamp is recommended for people with previous exercise experience and little to no injuries/limitations.
