First steps to starting with QCT
We are an appointment based studio!
All training services, including personal training, group fitness classes, and initial consultations, must be scheduled in advance with one of our eight expert coaches. We do not offer open gym hours! Every service at QCT is coach-led and intentionally structured to ensure appropriate programming, proper technique, and a safe training experience.

Schedule a Consultation
We offer everyone interested in our studio a complimentary consultation. During your visit, we’ll meet in person to talk in depth about your goals and what you’re looking for in your fitness journey. We will also run through a brief workout so you can experience what it’s like to train in our studio. We’ll review pricing/scheduling options, and answer any questions you have! Personal Training vs.
Bootcamp
We offer two training options at QCT: Personal Training and our group fitness program, Bootcamp.

Personal Training is available in one-on-one or buddy sessions, and is a great option for individuals of all fitness levels.
​
Bootcamp is a structured 12-week strength and conditioning program designed for those with prior training experience, minimal injuries or limitations, and who feel comfortable working in a group setting.

If you’re interested in Bootcamp but sign ups are a few weeks away, we’re happy to get you started with a handful of personal training sessions in the meantime!
