About 3 months ago I met Kelley at the dog park and the rest is history! I played sports growing up and have always been active. I was never able to meet my fitness goals because I had NO IDEA what to do when I went to the gym. Before training with Kelley, we discussed a plan that would help me get to where I wanted to be. I meet with Kelley 2 times a week (at their awesome new gym) and complete 2 independent workouts that Kelley sends me every Sunday. Every session is a different workout and I can assure you, you will never get bored with the same old routine. I am seeing results I never would have been able to achieve without her ongoing support, guidance, and positivity! Queen City Training has helped me take my work out game to the next level. Their HIIT class is friendly, focused, and pushes your body to new limits. I attend this class 3 days per week, and I am always disappointed when I have to miss the work out.
